1. Agreement Overview
By accessing AllTopWholesale.com ("Platform") or placing orders, you ("Merchant") acknowledge:
- You operate a legitimate retail/distribution business
- You accept these binding Commercial Terms
- Compliance with all trade regulations (FDA, FTC, etc.)
2. Business Account Requirements
- Verification: Must provide business license, EIN, and resale certificate
- Credit Terms: NET-30 available after 3 successful orders (subject to approval)
- Security: Report unauthorized access immediately to [email protected]
3. Order & Payment Terms
Pricing Structure
All prices in USD. Volume discounts available for orders over $2,500.
Minimum Order
$750 minimum per order (excluding shipping & taxes).

ACH (preferred), Wire Transfer, Credit Cards (+2.9% fee)
Note: Orders ship only after payment clearance. Tax exemption requires valid resale documentation.

5. Returns & Quality
Return Policy Highlights
- 21-day return window for unopened merchandise
- Pre-authorized returns only (RMA required)
- Free replacement for verified defective products
All products manufactured in cGMP facilities. Merchant responsible for proper storage and handling.
6. Compliance
"AllTopWholesale products are dietary supplements regulated under DSHEA. Not evaluated by the FDA. Merchant assumes full responsibility for compliance with local regulations and product claims."
Merchant must maintain proper product liability insurance covering resale activities.
7. Intellectual Property
The AllTopWholesale name, logo, and product imagery are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total purchase price of the order in question. We are not responsible for consequential damages or lost profits.
9. Termination
Accounts may be suspended for payment delinquency, fraudulent activity, or violation of FDA/FTC guidelines. Outstanding balances remain due immediately upon termination.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. Both parties waive the right to class action litigation.
11. Force Majeure
Not liable for delays caused by acts of God, war, pandemic, supply chain disruptions, or government action.
12. Policy Updates
These terms may be revised periodically. The current version is always available at /business-terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email 30 days in advance.
